Join Amit and Josh at OSU Hillel after Yom Kippur morning services for a mindfulness experience and discussion.

We will look at the story of Jonah to learn some lessons about the state of mind that Yom Kippur asks us to adopt and what it can mean for our outlook on the rest of the year.
